Up Front: the Retail Space
This will be the workhorse of the property, and will operate daily, year-round, as an outlet for our vendors and growers.
The indoor market will include street food style service counters, an espresso bar, smoothies & crepes.
These amenities will draw robust traffic from the 565-roof housing development that is underway on the property surrounding the market, as well as from the Legacy Center Sports Complex across the street.
We will also see daily traffic from the Lakeland Rail-to-Trail which runs through our property on the way to Island Lake Rec Area.
... local bike shops running the complementary valet while you refuel and enjoy some music in the market. . . Sounds like a lovely outing to us :)

In the Back: the Processing Shop
Joshua Tree Skin Care will spearhead this part of the project as they merge their production equipment into this space. This will be a unique offering of access to advanced processing & packaging equipment, robotics, & automation for our Farm Fresh partners.
